When two long-term friends, Gary Peer and Phillip Kingston, got together in 1986 with the passion and motivation to build “one of the most admired real estate agencies in Australia”, Gary Peer was the result.

 

These young men shared a vision – a vision to create a locally focused, locally based real estate agency in the area they loved, where they had grown up and knew so well.

 

They were focused on using their comprehensive knowledge of the area to provide a personalised and valuable service with a distinctive local touch that would ensure they stood out from the rest of the real estate crowd.

 

Word spread and the business grew. Handpicked sales and support staff joined the team, and over time, Gary Peer came to be more than just a local real estate icon. It is now one of Melbourne’s leading independent real estate businesses, serving clients across most of the inner south and south eastern suburbs.  From humble beginnings in our first office in Caulfield North, we have now grown with 7 separate offices including Bentleigh, Carnegie , Murrumbena and St Kilda. This culminates with 7 Directors and over 100 team members, taking pride in championing a culture of integrity, expertise and forward thinking that brings together the best minds in the business.
